Your payment must clear before we begin processing your order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.
After checkout, you'll receive an automated order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please verify all details including shipping address, product selections, and pricing. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses or order details that you fail to correct within 2 hours of order placement. For modular apparel orders, please review sizing charts carefully as these items follow our proprietary sizing system.
We may cancel orders if: inventory discrepancies occur, payment verification fails, shipping restrictions apply to your location, or we suspect fraudulent activity. For modular component sets, we may cancel orders if certain configuration combinations are unavailable. You'll receive email notification if cancellation occurs and any payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
All displayed prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated. Modular components are priced individually; bundle discounts (if available) will automatically apply at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and brokerage charges which vary by destination country.
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Modular apparel orders may require additional 1-2 days for configuration verification. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking information once your package ships. For international orders, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery plus potential customs delays. Some modular component combinations may require special packaging, adding 1 extra processing day.
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 21 days of delivery. Modular components must be returned as complete sets. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds process within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if pricing differs.
